The baby shower was at a park in Coronado. It was a picnic style shower and it was fantastic. A lot of people came out to celebrate with Jo & Caleb.
It was so much fun planning the baby shower, I had never done one so everything was new to me, but my awesome husband helped me out a lot.
My favorite part was the Giant Polaroid it was fun to see people taking pictures and having fun with it.
Everything was delicious.
Thank you to all the ladies who helped out one way or another to make this celebratiuon possible.

Getting ready for baby A's shower

Antonella's baby shower is tomorrow & I am getting everything ready for it. Decorations, food, last minute shopping, photobooth and everything else.

This is my first baby shower I organize and so far, so good!

Baby & Scones

Last week I got together with some of my friends at Panera for our monthly reunion. These ladies are hilarious. I have known Luz since I was in high school, Natalia from Jr. College and Sherry it is the one that I've known the least amount of time but we have grown on each other. They are all great.
We were missing Erika & Erica this month but I'm sure we will all see each other next month.

My friend Luz had baby John Paul 2 months ago and this was the first time he hang out with us outside of the hospital or home, so we were all very excited to spend time with him.
I could not help but stare at him most of the time, hahaha, babies have that effect on me. The only time he got a little fuzzy it was when he got hungry but besides that he was a true angel.

Of course I couldn't help myself to the best Chai Tea I have ever tried, every time I am at Panera I order one, it is simply delicious and since I had a free pastry on my rewards card because of my birthday I had a blueberry scone. I am a scone junky, so I had a great time and my tummy was happy too. 

Spa Night

After weeks of planning and two days of setting up we had our first Girl Spa Night for TheCitySD. 

It was so much fun, everything was lovely and everyone had a great time. 

Manicures, pedicures, facials, wax, chocolate fondue & great company! I will do it all over again!!! O

The Photo booth was my favorite, even though the camera was out of focus and nobody noticed until I uploaded the pictures on to my computer, but still, it was great.

The hardest part was setting everything up with just 2 girls helping me out but we managed to get it done just in time before everyone got there. 

Once all the girls were getting their nails done and chatting over some fondue while getting a pedicure done all the hard work was worth it.

It took me two entire days to recuperate and feel normal again, I was exhausted but my friend Mayra was a trooper and staid by my side the whole time. Thank You.

And of course I had all the wonderful ladies from TheCitySD helping out during the event and tearing down.

I cannot wait for our next event.

My husband loves monkeys (Fun Fact) so he gets really excited whenever he sees something monkey! on the picture of the left he found this keyboard toy that was super loud and decided to carry it with him and play it the whole time we were walking around the store! 

Last week my friend Mayra took me out to celebrate my birthday and before we went home she took me to the World Market in Downtown and I had never been there before, I fell in love with it AND yesterday my husband took me to Grossmont Center because we were driving by there and I wanted to get a bobba milk tea and as we were walking in to the mall we discovered another World Market.

We walked around every single isle and we were just having a lot of fun exploring the store. It has a lot of very unusual items, and it is very interesting to see so much variety in one store, I loved it, I wanted EVERYTHING! 

I told him if he ever wonders what to get me for my birthday, anniversary, Christmas or just because anything from there will be just perfect!

We were in there for a while just passing some time, since for the first time in a while we had some FREE time to spare. I will definitely be back very soon.

Birthday Fun

JUNE 11 2012

My birthday#26 was great! we started celebrating Sunday (June10) we went to eat after church to Buca Di Beppo and came home and watch some movies.

My day started at 12am with a midnight birthday card from my husband, we finished watching a movie around 11:30pm the night before and just staid up until midnight. 

I spend the day out with ny husband at Seaport Village, I love going there we always walk around the shops, take pictures and have ice cream before we leave.

My husband spoiled me every minute of the day from breakfast in the morning till the day was over. 

We went to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner, we went to Claim Jumper. Dinner was delicious. It was a very low key day and the most important part is that we spent the whole day together. 

It was GREAT!
