Our pregnancy Photo Shoot

A couple of weeks ago our friend Chris Aragon agreed to come with us to Julian and take our pregnancy photo shoot.

It was a beautiful day

 The photographs are impeccable, the scenery is breathtaking and the memories are priceless

We are very excited for Zara Kay to come in to our lives.

June in Snapshots

June was a sweet month, celebrated my mom's birthday and my birthday, turning 27 was hard but when we found out we were pregnant it all got better.

The weather started to change we had many hot days here in SD and even though many people from out of town say "it doesn't get hot in San Diego" for people like us who grew up in the area I can honestly say it DOES get hot and June was definitely the beginning of summer.

Very excited for the next months where this blog will be full of belly pictures and baby talk!

This month was full of fun activities, we traveled to visit family, it was my last month working at the children center so I had ton of fun with my kids, lots of friends graduated, went to Disney California Adventure for the first time for my brother's birthday, it was definitely the perfect way to kick off the summer. 

May was certainly a lot of fun!

But June is my birthday month and I cannot wait to celebrate

Apri was a pretty chill month, most of my time was spent at work, church & home.

The weather was crazy some days was so hot i was melting and as you can see it was also raining.

Family Fun

My first day of Spring Break I spent it with my family who came to visit from Mexicali.

I had the opportunity to do my cousin's quinceañera's photo shoot so we were all over the place looking for locations, taking pictures and having fun. 

We couldn't go home without paying a visit to the mall and having some coffee with my mom and aunt while everyone else was still shopping.

Can't wait for my cousin's party next month, i get to visit and stay over for the weekend.

March in Snapshots

Here is March AKA Easter Madness!!! while we were getting ready for Easter weekend almost every day of the month we also had some other events that made this month special. My brother's engagement photo shoot, we started our monthly Worship service on Sunday night, lots of gardening at work, date nights with my husband, the Quevedo's wedding and of course the church's egg hunt and our Easter Sunday performance "3 Crosses"

It was a pretty eventful month.

These post is from last week but I just didn't have time to upload them before.

I am enjoying these gorgeous days of spring, especially at work with the kiddos.

1|| Crafting is always fun, especially for Easter, we have been getting everything done in DIY projects and it has been challenging, time consuming but a lot of fun.

2|| My brother has a t-shirt line CaliPride and he gave me that white shirt and I showed up with it and he decided to take a silly picture of me showing it off.

3|| Like I said, spring is in full blast at work, we have been gardening and planting flowers and my favorite part if it is our little blueberry patch. The kids go and check for blueberries every day, they are so cute.

4|| I am obsessed with headbands and Tea and that picture of me sipping on my Mango tea and wearing a headband just makes me happy...lol.

5|| My husband and I had a spontaneous date at seaport village last Saturday, it was a lot of fun.

6|| My weekly picture at church from the soundboard, with my coffee mug. I love Sundays.

Next week we will be getting ready for our Easter egg hunt and Sunday services at church so I am sure it will be an easter pictures overload. Can't wait!

This week we had excellent weather after a couple of cold and rainy days

1|| I was able to wear sandals again after a while and realized my feet were ghost white!! I need some sunshine.

2|| Cuties! I love them I can never have enough, I took them to work for a quick snack every day of the week.

3|| My 2 and 3 year olds at work love to ask me to read them some books over and over and I don't ever get tired of watching their faces when they hear the stories and the best part is that even when they don't know how to read they KNOW and will call me out if i skipped a page.

4|| That IKEA tent was a hit this week, children in and out of it, it was a lot of fun.

5|| On saturday I had breakfast with some of my girl friends at Snooze. Eggs Benedict are my favorite.

6|| My husband playing the guitar at our Sunday service.

This week I didn't take many pictures, it was avery slow week, rainy and pretty much every day looked about the same, very low key. I am not complaining though

1|| we celebrated my friend Mayra's 24th birthday with a mani/pedi with Jo & baby Antonella and then finished the night at Crest Cafe with dinner and desert and Alayna joined us there.
2|| Shopping for my brother's engagement shoot was not easy but we got it all done.
3|| Starbucks :D
4|| Abraham & Crystal's engagement shoot with the rest of the Bridal party was fun. ( I will post about it soon)
5|| A very fun wall in Little Italy and my husband.
6|| First Sunday// A worship service the first Sunday of every month, it was our first one and it was great.

February in Snapshots

February was a month filled with birthday celebrations, cold mornings and nights and many cups of coffee in the mornings, I experimented with my many nail polishes and did some fun stuff with them and many other great memories.

With this post I have completed a 365 days of snapshots. A picture for every day of the year since the day I started.

But that only means I get to start all over again!!!

"REPLAY"

Last week I had a day off for Presidents Day and it felt good just to spend the day with my husband, we usually spend Saturday and Sunday all day together and during the week we go about our days at work and whatever other activities we have and only get to see each other evenings so it was nice to have a week day off together.

1|| We went grocery shopping, walk around the beach even though the weather was a little cold but it was the perfect opportunity to bundle up and walk down the beach hugging each other.

2|| It was a rainy week as well so i found myself drinking at least a cup of coffee a day, i need to go back to my tea, don't like to get used to too much coffee.

3|| Popcorn and a movie

4|| DIY manicure at home gold & Tangerine nails.

5|| Beautiful sunset after work.

The first month of 2013 is over.

Lots of things going on, we had some cold days, but we also had beautiful weather and awesome sunsets. Our church moved to a new location.

Kyle and Mayra got married, we celebrated birthdays, a new semester of work started and many other memorable events.

Last Month of the year!!!! so many great memories, lots of holiday parties, lots of Christmas cards, road trip to Mexicali, and most importantly I finally finished school this month! 

It was a fun month indeed. Now we are more than ready for 2013.

WOW! This month shall be named the month of the babies! Two new babies very dear to my heart were born and I can not get enough of them.
